About Us

Alignor was founded in 1999 by Harvard Law graduates John Shulman and Jeanne-Marie Almonor. Globally recognized negotiation experts, Mr. Shulman and Ms. Almonor developed practical frameworks, tools and methodologies for implementing negotiation best practices across a wide range of business interactions, including sales, purchasing, managing teams, resolving conflict, digital and cultural transformations, risk management, and leading organizations.

Organizations implementing Alignor’s approach have documented substantial revenue increases, faster closing time for deals, reduced risks and costs, and stronger relationships (internal and external) that they attribute to their work with Alignor.
