Sue Blaske

Sue Blaske has more than 20 years of experience leading organizational effectiveness initiatives for high performing teams, leaders and organizations across industries, from health care and agri-business to telecommunications and legal information services.  Since earning a law degree early in her career, Sue has studied and practiced professional development, instructional design, performance improvement, change management, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

As a leader, consultant and coach, Sue uses her creativity, passion and engagement expertise to bring out the best in organizational and individual performance.  In addition to talent development, Sue’s experience includes using interest-based analysis and change management principles to deliver improvement solutions that target business needs and create sustainable change.  Her naturally collaborative approach and broad topical expertise benefit organizational stakeholders at all levels.

Sue earned her J. D. from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and her B.A in English from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
